Special Forces service member fast ropes from an IAR 330 Puma during a training event as part of the Special Operations Command Europe's Jackal Stone exercise near Constanta, Romania, Sept. 12. The purpose of the exercise is to promote cooperation and interoperability between the nine participating forces. The multi-national forces routinely participate in exercises like this to improve readiness and build capacity.
