Special Forces service members form a defensive perimeter as their teammate fast ropes from a MH-60S helicopter or a Seahawk during a training event as part of the Special Operations Command Europe's Jackal Stone exercise near Constanta, Romania, Sept. 12. The purpose of the exercise is to promote cooperation and interoperability between the nine participating forces. The multi-national forces routinely participate in exercises like this to improve readiness and build capacity.
