U.S. Army soldier Master Sgt. George Staples, Camp Liberty J3 Transition non-commissioned officer in charge is ready to take in the view of Baghdad, Iraq, Aug. 27, 2011. Staples was one of passengers on the flight that had just completed a site recon of Contingency Operating Base Union III to ensure that the United States Forces-Iraq, J3 needs are being meet as forces are being relocated there as J3 continues to provide support to USF-I during Operation New Dawn.
