A U.S. Army soldier stands watch as Col. Glenn Richie, incoming United States Forces-Iraq J3 chief of staff and Col. Jeffrey Stuart outgoing USF-I, J3 COS, as they prepare to take a flight to Contingency Operating Base Union III at Camp Liberty, Baghdad, Iraq, Aug. 27, 2011. The two are going to COB Union III to conduct a site recon to ensure that the J3 needs are being meet as forces are being relocated to COB Union III as J3 continues to provide support to USF-I during Operation New Dawn.
