CAMP BUEHRING, Kuwait — Florida Gov. Rick Scott (center) presented the Governor’s Medal of Merit to four soldiers with 3rd Battalion, 116th Field Artillery Regiment, Florida Army National Guard during a trip to Camp Buehring, Kuwait July 3, 2018. The soldiers were presented the awards for their exceptional support of the Task Force Spartan mission in the Middle East. The recipients are, from left: Staff Sgt. Christopher Crites, 1st Lt.
