CAMP BUEHRING, Kuwait — Florida Gov. Rick Scott (right) operates a crane used in reloading the High Mobility Artillery Rocket System (HIMARS) July 3, 2018. He traveled to Kuwait to meet soldiers with Bravo Battery, 3rd Battalion, 116th Field Artillery Regiment, Florida National Guard who mobilized in January. Assisting Scott is Spc.
