    NORFOLK (July 3, 2018) - NATO’s Allied Command Transformation Color Guard parades the colors, along with the Yorktown Fifes and Drum Band, during a U.S. Independence Day Flag Raising ceremony. The event is held every year at NATO’s home in North America and is a symbol of honor to Allied Command Transformation’s host nation and strengthens trans-Atlantic bonds.
