NORFOLK (July 3, 2018) - Commander, U.S. Fleet Forces Command, Adm. Christopher Grady, and NATO’s Supreme Allied Commander Transformation, Gen. Denis Mercier, salute while the Allied Command Transformation Color Guard parades the colors, during a U.S. Independence Day Flag Raising ceremony at Allied Command Transformation Headquarters.
