Fernandes led a team of NHARNG soldiers on a five-day visit in support of NH's relationship with San Salvador in the State Partnership Program. The training focused on an exchange of ideas and best practices for rescue techniques, command and control operations and ways to enhance reaction times and interoperability between all organizations involved in swift water response missions.
