1st. Lt. Katrina F. Simpson, infantry officer, New Hampshire Army National Guard, demonstrates the basics of knot tying to a group of El Salvadoran humanitarian response soldiers in San Juan Opico, El Salvador, June 5. Simpson was a part of a contingent of NHANG soldiers who visited in continuance of NH's relationship with San Salvador in the State Partnership Program.
