A military helicopter with a visible Japanese flag roundel is on the flight deck of what appears to be a naval vessel. Several personnel in mixed uniforms and safety gear, including yellow vests and helmets, are moving away from the helicopter carrying equipment including a red bag. The scene suggests a medical evacuation or personnel transfer operation in overcast conditions.
