Members of the U.S. Army 1st Battalion, 503rd Infantry Regiment, 173rd Airborne Brigade prepare for a static line jump during exercise Bayonet Strike June 13, 2018, over Juliet Drop Zone, Italy. The jump was held with members of the Italian Army 186th Airborne Regiment Forlgore Brigade on a C-17 Globemaster III, operated by the Hawaii Air National Guard’s 204th Airlift Squadron. The training focused on enhancing operational standards with NATO and other Air Mobility Command aircraft as well as the development of individual technical skills.
