Spc. Taylor Mohr uses a saw to cut tin roofing material for a newly built sun shade at the Pater van der Pluym School in Brownsweg, Suriname, Aug. 8. Mohr, from Wagner, S.D., is a plumber assigned to the South Dakota Army National Guard's 155th Engineering Company, which is in Suriname as part of the 2011 New Horizons training exercise, a joint humanitarian mission between the U.S. Southern Command and the Suriname government.
