An Azerbaijani soldier engages targets at the 10 meter line during a combat-marksmanship training range designed to build proficiency in close-quarters battle, focusing on closing in and neutralizing threats. Marines from Black Sea Rotational Force 11 trained with Azerbaijan’s Operational Capabilities and Concepts Battalion in close-quarters, combat marksmanship to build proficiency and develop interoperability in counterinsurgency and peacekeeping operations in a combined-forces environment.
