An Azerbaijani soldier shoots an M-16 service rifle while training with Marines in close-quarters, combat marksmanship techniques. Marines from Black Sea Rotational Force 11 trained with Azerbaijan’s Operational Capabilities and Concepts Battalion in close-quarters, combat marksmanship to build proficiency and develop interoperability in counterinsurgency and peacekeeping operations in a combined-forces environment. The Azerbaijani troops mark the fourth cycle of partner nations from the Black Sea, Balkan and Caucasus regions to train in the Babadag Training Area since April.
