Sgt. Terrance T. Taylor, a galley captain with Headquarters and Headquarters Squadron and an Oceanside, Calif., native, attaches name placards to the salad bar in preparation for the Maj. Gen. W. P. The object of the evaluation is to decide which mess hall from the West Coast will represent Marine Corps Installations West in December when Headquarters Marine Corps conducts the same evaluation to determine the leading mess hall in the Marine Corps.
