SAN ANTONIO – (April 25, 2018) Farrell, Pa., native Senior Chief Musician Steve Pendel, a keyboard instrumentalist with the "Destroyers”, the popular music group of Navy Band Southwest from San Diego stands with Roma Villavicencio, co-host of KENS-5’s Great Day SA Morning Show. Pendel presented Villavicencio with a 2018 Navy Fiesta Medal commemorating the city’s Tricentennial. The “Destroyers” performed live on the show to conduct community outreach and spread Navy Awareness through Navy Recruiting Command’s Music for Recruiting program.
