SPRING BRANCH, Texas – (April 25, 2018) Ledyard, Conn., native Musician 2nd Class Rachel Vennel, lead vocalist with the “Destroyers”, the popular music group of Navy Band Southwest from San Diego, performs for students of Smithson Valley High School during Fiesta San Antonio 2018. The “Destroyers”, along with Sailors from Navy Recruiting District San Antonio, visited the school to conduct community outreach and spread Navy Awareness through Navy Recruiting Command’s Music for Recruiting program.
