Specialist Hunter Watts, 702nd Engineer Company, 412th Theater Engineer Command emerges from the NBC chamber at Devens Reserve Forces Training Area on April 18, 2018. Watts is participating in the Major Command-level Best Warrior Competition featuring Soldiers from the 76th Operational Response Command, 412th Theater Engineer Command (TEC), 416th TEC and 99th Readiness Division. The three-day competition focuses on testing Soldier tasks in stressful situations like exposure to CS gas, commonly know as tear-gas. Competitors spent two-minutes in the NBC chamber before exiting to refreshingly clean air.
