Sergeant Thomas Crump, 327th Chemical Company, 76th Operational Response Command (ORC) fires his M16A2 rifle at a 25-meter target during rifle qualification at Devens Reserve Forces Training Area on April 18, 2018. Crump is competing in the Major Command-level Best Warrior Competition featuring Soldiers from the 76th ORC, 412th Theater Engineer Command (TEC), 416th TEC and 99th Readiness Division. Eighteen Soldiers are vying for the distinction of representing their command as Best Warrior in the 2018 U.S. Army Reserve Best Warrior Competition scheduled for the summer of 2018.
