Utuado, Puerto Rico, April 13, 2018 - The Governor of Puerto Rico, Ricardo Rosselló, accompanied by local and federal officials, walk over the new bridge built in Barrio Chorreras in Utuado. Thanks to the efforts of FEMA, the Puerto Rico Government, and the Federal Highway Administration, this new bridge will connect over 50 families that were left isolated when Hurricane María collapsed the previous bridge.
