Canóvanas, Puerto Rico, April 10, 2018 - Federal Coordinating Officer (FCO) Michael Byrne, speaks with the Secretary of the Puerto Rico Department of Housing, Fernando Gil Enseñat, after a joint press conference with the the Sub-Secretary of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Pamela Hughes Patenaude. The Sub-Secretary announced that they will grant $18,500 millions to Puerto Rico, to assist in the recovery process after Hurricane María affected the island.
