A military personnel in olive green flight suit and helmet stands on what appears to be a Landing Craft Air Cushion (LCAC) or similar military hovercraft near a beach shoreline. A large circular fan shroud/propeller guard dominates the left side of the frame, characteristic of air-cushion vehicle propulsion systems. The overcast coastal setting suggests an amphibious military operation or training exercise.
