Marine Corps Staff Sgt. Sarah Sommer, Joint Mortuary Affairs Center (JMAC) instructor, directs advanced individual training Soldiers in assembling a gurney to transfer human remains into Mobile Integrated Remains Collection System Mar. 23 at JMAC, The Quartermaster School, Fort Lee, Va. Upon graduation from the seven-week course, the students will become either Army mortuary affairs specialists or Marine Corps personnel retrieval and processing specialists.
