PHILIPPINE SEA (March 20, 2018) A 2.75-inch unguided rocket leaves an LAU-61 rocket pod aboard an MH-60S Sea Hawk attached to Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 25 assigned to the amphibious assault ship USS Wasp (LHD 1) during a live-fire exercise. Wasp, part of the Wasp Expeditionary Strike Group, with embarked 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit, is operating in the Indo-Pacific region to enhance operability with partners, serve as a ready-response force for any type of contingency and advance the Up-Gunned ESG concept.
