ATLANTIC OCEAN (March 18, 2018) The guided-missile cruiser USS Hue City (CG 66), rear, the guided-missile destroyer USS Mitscher (DDG 57) and the German navy frigate FGS Hessen (F221) perform underway formation maneuvers during a task force exercise.
