Emily Basset, commanding officer of the future USS Manchester (LCS 14) (center) accepts delivery of the ship during a ceremony in Mobile, Alabama, Feb. 28. Delivery marks the official transfer of LCS 14 from the shipbuilder, an Austal USA-led team, to the Navy.
