180215-N-OH262-636 ATLANTIC OCEAN (February 15, 2018)—Civil service mariners attached to Military Sealift Command’s dry cargo/ammunition ship USNS Robert E. Peary (T-AKE 5) bring aboard retrograde supplies and material from the amphibious assault ship USS Iwo Jima (LHD 7) during an underway replenishment at sea. The underway replenishment at sea was performed so that USS Iwo Jima could resupply, remove waste materials and continue with its mission without pulling into port.
