U.S. Air Force 2nd Lt. Natasha Wells is a member of the 145th Mission Support Group and enlisted in the military in 2001 following the footsteps of both her parents. After 15 years as an aircraft electrician on C-5 aircraft and handling supply, Wells commissioned as an officer and now spearheads the fuels shop for the 145th Airlift Wing. As a small-town kid from a coal-mining town in Kentucky, Wells emphasizes going back home and conveying to people the wonderful experience of joining the military and how it can help you achieve your goals. Wells enjoys the transition from enlisted to officer with the goal in mind to help and support her enlisted members as a voice for their needs as she does in her civilian career.
