Thomas Conant the commanding general of the 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing, during a ceremony aboard Marine Corps Air Station Camp Pendleton, Calif., May 24. Conant presented the Marines with the Distinguished Flying Cross for heroism in Afghanistan in June 2010.
