Maj. Gen. Thomas Conant, the commanding general of the 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing, congratulates Staff Sgt. Bart Davis, a crew chief with Marine Light Attack Helicopter Squadron 369, at Marine Corps Air Station Camp Pendleton, Calif., May 24. Davis and Maj. Tres Smith, a UH-1Y pilot, both earned the Distinguished Flying Cross - the nation’s highest award for heroism in aviation.
