CAYEY, Puerto Rico - The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Task Force Power Restoration Commander, Col. John Lloyd, speaks with Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority representatives and contractors near Cayey, Puerto Rico, Jan. 22, 2018, during a site visit. Hurricane Maria destroyed an estimated 80 percent of the islands power grid and FEMA has assigned USACE to lead the federal effort to repair the hurricane-damaged electrical power grid in support of the Government of Puerto Rico.
