CAYEY, Puerto Rico - The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Task Force Power Restoration Commander, Col. John Lloyd, speaks with contractors near Cayey, Puerto Rico, Jan. 22, 2018, during a site visit. Hurricane Maria destroyed an estimated 80 percent of the islands power grid and FEMA has assigned USACE to lead the federal effort to repair the hurricane-damaged electrical power grid in support of the Government of Puerto Rico.
