Jose Perez, a physical therapy assistant at the Intrepid Spirit on Fort Bragg, N.C., helps a patient into the Alter-G Anti-Gravity Treadmill, Dec. 18, 2017. The zip-in treadmill fills with air, and measures the patient’s body weight.
