    Alaska Air National Guard pararescuemen with the 212th Rescue Squadron stabilize a patient stretcher as it is hoisted up to a helicopter during a mass-casualty training event at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska, Nov. 21, 2017.
