    An Alaska Air National Guard pararescueman with the 212th Rescue Squadron moves to a different position after evacuating a simulated patient during a mass-casualty training event at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska, Nov. 21, 2017. During the exercise, the rescue operators located, assessed, treated and evacuated numerous casualties while engaging and eliminating multiple attacks from opposition forces.
