Military personnel in multicam/OCP uniforms are conducting what appears to be a combat casualty care or TCCC (Tactical Combat Casualty Care) training exercise inside an unfinished wooden structure in a winter environment. Several simulated casualties are lying on the ground and on litters/stretchers while other personnel attend to them. Observers in civilian cold-weather clothing appear to be evaluating or overseeing the exercise.
