    A U.S. Air Force Security Forces Phoenix Raven Team Member assigned to the 816th Expeditionary Airlift Squadron protects a C-17 Globemaster III while conducting combat airlift operations for U.S. coalition forces in Iraq and Syria in support of Operation Inherent Resolve, Nov. 11, 2017. The Phoenix Raven program ensures close-in security for aircraft transiting airfields where security is unknown or additional security is needed.
