Camp Arifjan, Kuwait (Nov. 16, 2017) Capt. James Hill, the deputy G4 for the 135th ESC, finishes the swimming event portion of the German Armed Forces Proficiency Badge by undressing and throwing his uniform out of the pool. Participants had to swim 100 meters in under four minutes in uniform and undress submerged afterwards in order to continue to the next event.
