CAMP ARIFJAN, Kuwait (Nov. 16, 2017) – 1st Lt. Christopher Tillman, human resources tech for the 135th ESC, breast strokes down his lane during the swimming event for the German Armed Forces Proficiency Badge. Participants had to swim 100 meters in under four minutes in uniform and then undress submerged afterwards in order to continue to the next event.
