CAMP ARIFJAN, Kuwait (Nov. 16, 2017) – A participant in the swimming event for the German Armed Forces Proficiency Badge struggles to pull himself from the pool after undressing in the deep end. Participants had to swim 100 meters in under four minutes in uniform and then undress submerged afterwards in order to continue to the next event.
