    U.S. Navy corpsman and Romanian medical personnel simulate a casualty in Babadag Training Area for a Medical Evacuation drill April 21 as part of Black Sea Rotational Force 11. The drill exercised the coordination of U.S. and Romanian medical and military personnel’s response time in the case of any medical emergency that might arise while they train in Babadag Training Area, approximately 55-miles north of Constanta.
