    U.S. Marine Corps Forces, Europe and Africa     

    At the end of a Medical Evacuation drill to test the medical readiness and response time of U.S. Marine and Romanian military forces, Petty Officer 3rd Class Russell A. Davis, a hospital corpsman assigned to Black Sea Rotational Force 11, steps out of a Romanian ambulance to simulate a casualty arriving at Constanta County Hospital. The drill exercised the coordination of U.S. and Romanian medical and military personnel’s response time in the case of any medical emergency that might arise while they train in Babadag Training Area, approximately 55-miles north of Constanta.
