    U.S. Marine Corps Forces, Europe and Africa     

    At the end of a Medical Evacuation drill, Petty Officer 3rd Class Russell A. Davis, a hospital corpsman, Black Sea Rotational Force 11, and Romanian Commander Ion Tatarici, the director and primary liaison officer attached to BSRF-11, meet with the emergency room staff at Constanta County Hospital. The drill exercised the coordination of U.S. and Romanian medical and military personnel’s response time in the case of any medical emergency that might arise while they train in Babadag Training Area, approximately 55-miles north of Constanta.
