    From above in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands, the St. Thomas Cyril E. King Airport has a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers installed blue roof after Hurricanes Irma and Maria damaged sections of roof on the facility. Operation Blue Roof provides homeowners with damaged roofs from Hurricanes Irma and Maria with a temporary blue roof that allows homeowners to reside in their homes while they recover from the storms.
