CAMP FOSTER, OKINAWA, Japan – The Kundalini Yoga class conducts a cleansing breath exercise Oct. 17 at the USO aboard Camp Foster, Okinawa, Japan. The purpose of the deep breathing exercise is to clean the blood with each breath taken. Kundalini Yoga is known as the yoga of awareness, balancing the body, mind and soul.
