As part of Operation Blue Roof, a Temporary Roofing Quality Assessor searches his phone for the locations of assigned Right-of-Entry sign-up centers set up in 30 impacted Florida counties following Hurricane Irma. In disaster areas, Operation Blue Roof is a program for homeowners who have damage to their roofs. The program sends licensed contractors out to homes to cover the damage with fiber-reinforced plastic sheeting until residents can arrange repairs.
