A military helicopter, appearing to be an MH-60 Seahawk, is conducting a vertical replenishment (VERTREP) operation over the flight deck of a naval vessel, likely a US Navy aircraft carrier. The helicopter is hovering with a sling load suspended beneath it, while deck crew in colored jerseys and a yellow forklift stand by to receive the cargo. The ocean is visible in the background, indicating the ship is underway at sea.
