Iraqi Army soldiers assigned to 4th Company, 4th Battalion, 21st Brigade, 5th IA Division conducted three days of platoon and company training events in preparation for a battalion live fire exercise, ending their Tadreeb al Shamil training cycle. U.S. advisors from 1st Battalion, 27th Infantry Regiment, 2nd Advise and Assist Brigade, 25th Infantry Division provided security and oversight for the events while allowing Iraqi cadre to step into instructor positions as IA forces transition to full control of training.
