Chief Petty Officer Terry Hill, naval air crewman (mechanical), of Gainesville, Fla., assigned to Patrol Squadron 4, looks through a window on a P-3 in search of debris in a northern-Japanese port during an aerial survey of the region. With the squadron's communication and real-time capabilities, the Navy will gain more knowledge of where it can provide vital humanitarian and relief support to tsunami stricken areas of Japan. VP 4 has recently repositioned to Naval Air Facility Misawa in support of Operation Tomodachi.
